Rules
Out of the damage deposit the following fees will be deducted 1) Propane - pool heat (Average cost to heat the pool to 85* is approximately $200 +/- per day depending on the time of year. A meter reading will be conducted before and after your arrival) 2) Garbage Fee 3) Post maid service clean up (Average cleaning fee $350 4)SMOKING IS ONLY OUTSIDE and the use of ASHTRAYS ARE MANDATORY 5) while pets are ALLOWED they must be 100% friendly, good with other dogs, and house trained. Full transparency is always best for both parties regarding the use of the property. A large part of our business are repeat customers so our goal is for you to have the best time possible and return to us in the future. We do not allow dogs. On occasion there are exceptions but there are rules that must be followed. The dog cannot be left unattended inside the house. If he is not with you he must be crated. If you leave the house the dog must go with you or be crated. Dog must use designated bathroom areas and not to be left unattended outside. Any and all damage caused by the dog will be the renters responsibility which can exceed the security deposit and money can and will be requested. Looking forward to speaking with you once booked. Upon arrival, Michael the owner will give you a tour of the house and property. There are outdoor lights, fire pits, and more. The main living area has Nyrius bulbs and you can download the app which would allow you to make them change color and tune with the music! All the televisions are also equipped with Amazon Fire sticks.
